Vanessa Ponza

I am: A 2nd-year Occupational Therapy student and live in Melbourne.

My main interests are: Watching movies, playing sport especially hockey, getting out in the community, and going for walks. I also enjoy craft-based activities and catching up with friends.

I volunteered as a mentor because: To reduce barriers for individuals with a disability to participate and voice their opinions in research projects. It is important that individuals with a disability have a platform to share their thoughts and influence future supports. I hope to make it easier for individuals to take part in research groups.
